This item was implemented in the Summer Update 2011 with The Rookie Guard Quest. Its name and description suggest it was meant to be a temporary state of Tarantula Trap. However, since Tarantula Traps's effect last for 20 seconds, there is no need to limit players using it indefinitely. Acredita-se que este seja um Unobtainable Item. It is hard to see Recharging Tarantula Trap on light backgrounds due to it being white and stringy. Inside a container, it looks like this: It looks the same as Spider Silk and Steel Spider Silk.
