It is one of the pieces of Koshei's Ancient Amulet. Faz parte da Koshei the Deathless Quest. Pode ser encontrado em the sands of the Kha'labal, above the Ancient Ruins Tomb (here). Use the sand to obtain the amulet piece, don't dig for it. After delivering all four pieces of the amulet (and 5000 gp) to A Sweaty Cyclops he can give you the complete amulet after waiting for 24 hours in real-time.
